The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a big variety of choices. THe fitness center is very close by (200m) and has everything you need for a complete workout.

No personel in the adjacent areas, for example pool know how to speak English. They were still friendly though and were able to get someone there after some time to explain how the things work.

I got great value for my money with a free room upgrade and a fantastic, spacious, and clean room with two balconies. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and everything was superb.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel in a residential area. The location was perfect for me, as it provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the bustling tourist areas. Well we were there at the right time so there weren't many guests at the hotel and me and my finance had the whole outdoor swimming pool to ourselves. If you are going to Istanbul, try to be there by the end of Muslim's ramadan month. (google Ramadan Bayram)

They should have said somewhere in the website that because of maintenance, the Turkish sauna and the indoor swimming pool was closed but beside that everything was fine.

This hotel is next level! The lobby is so cool and the rooms are massive. When I arrived, they upgraded me to a suite, which was like a freaking apartment. Free water, tea, and coffee too! Perfect for big families with two king-size beds and two LCD TVs. The bathroom is huge and has a spa tub with all the fancy extras. The WiFi was good most of the time, but had some hiccups. The staff is seriously amazing, so helpful and polite. Room service was bomb, tasty meals delivered fresh and the portions were on point. They even have a private car park with two floors, and there's a supermarket right outside. So many restaurants nearby, I couldn't believe it. I was blown away. If I come back, I'm definitely staying here again. It was a top-notch experience.
